Quad Help / Troubleshooting

Ever had that pesky build that you just couldn’t get figured out? Had that tune you couldn’t quite get to stop dipping to one side? Are you brand new, and you ordered all your parts, now you are looking at it and going “what next, what did I get myself into?!?!?!?!” ?  Well, have no fear! I am designing this site to not only expand my presence, but to give back to the community in which I love so much. I want to help anyone and everyone as best I can to get their problems fixed. I have been building for many years, and I have been in the RC hobby since the early 80’s, so I know a couple things. I build to test, and test to build. I typically build at least  quad per week with specific test components to either report back to a manufacturer, or just for my own knowledge. So let me help you with your problems! Here is where we will start. You can either submit a new trouble ticket, or you can manage an existing ticket and check the status. Choose appropriately. 🙂

Once you submit a ticket, I will receive a notification. I will answer the tickets in order of submission. I will answer these as quickly and efficiently as possible. Sometimes it might take several steps / replies to nail it down depending on the problem, but once we get it, I will consider the ticket resolved, and it will be added to the Knowledge Base. If you have more problems than your original later, please submit another ticket, and I will help you. There is no limit, I will help everyone I can!

I ask one thing, that you look through the Knowledge Base as it grows, and see if your problem exists already, and if it does, please try the solutions provided. If it still does not work, then by all means, please submit a trouble ticket!
